Ohio recertification requirements
Ohio has different requirements depending on your duration of renewal for those that are renewing for the first time. Prodigy training plans are built around the full requirements but the other requirements can be found here. The total number of hours are as follows: EMR - 15, EMT - 40, AEMT - 60, Paramedic - 75. There is a 1 hour "Dementia Training for Ohio EMS" requirement, available through the Ohio Learn portal.
