Our Company and Team
Our Story
Recognizing a considerable deficit in e-Learning the team behind Prodigy EMS sought to build an online continuing education platform that they would be proud to provide to their own providers. After several internal iterations, Prodigy was launched in late 2016.
Prodigy was created to guide the user easily through the recertification process, including state and department specific training. EMS Training Officers are given access to fully review class records, eliminating surprises and ensuring full compliance with certification standards.
Our extensive course offerings reflect not only the recertification requirements set forth by the NREMT, but also courses focused on occupational health & safety, compliance, best practices, and lectures from professional pre-hospital conferences. Each class is expertly crafted to engage the learner through various mediums, including the use of real patient videos, actual patient care reports, and interactive polls.
Our Team
Our team is comprised of experienced EMS professionals representing national expertise in clinical care, EMS education, regulatory compliance and certification standards. We are passionate about what we do and are dedicated to advancing the EMS field. Our classes are taught by the expert EMS instructors that created them and include instruction from experienced EMTs, Paramedics, Nurses, and Physicians.
