Nevada accepts CAPCE accredited courses and directly accepts all Prodigy credit classes.
Nevada recertification requirements
Nevada requires the following continuing education hours to renew: EMR – 12, EMT – 24, AEMT – 30, Paramedic – 40. CAPCE-approved courses are accepted alongside state-approved courses. Renewals are submitted through Nevada's State Online Application Portal (SOAP) with your CPR card, CE documentation, and a skills verification — paramedics must also upload current ACLS, PALS, and ITLS or PHTLS cards. Nevada is a member of the EMS Compact.
