In this episode, hosts Rob Lawrence, Maia Dorsett and Hilary Gates welcome educators Ginger Locke and Ashley Liebig from Austin, TX. They found training preceptors can shape positive department culture, create a safe space for feedback, and help everyone find a sense of belonging.
